Integrative Psychology
Integrative Psychology offers an application of various therapeutic modalities geared toward each individual’s needs.
Some individuals respond well to somatic, mind body work, while others are more aligned with emotional, mental and transpersonal modalities, while still others work best through dreams, visualizations and meditation.
In working with individuals, we attempt to ascertain where they are and what they need and to then select modalities that most effectively addresses their needs at each stage. In this way, we honor the challenges of the moment while connecting to the ancient histories that always seep through to our present experience.
